As a Change and Process Engineer Jr at ALTEN Mexico, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and delivering information for the different parts of future model vehicle programs of the customer. Furthermore, you will be coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring effective communication between teams.

Change Coordination Process

• Implement Global Change Coordination process via corporately mandated change coordination tools.
• Support change coordination meetings and process.
• Enforce change coordination process.
• Hold business owners accountable for delivering their inputs, deliverables, and approvals.
• Alert about late tasks to business owners with due dates.

Timing and Scheduling

• Facilitate (and document) change timing agreement between suppliers, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Program coordination.
