Position Overview
The IT Consultant (ITC) serves as the senior IT leader responsible for ensuring client satisfaction related to all IT services (IT Demand & Portfolio Management). The role acts as a liaison between IT Shared Services (ITSS) and assigned departments, providing strategic advice, day‑to‑day leadership for business application specialists and programmers, and supporting critical government systems.
