Overview

SBM is currently seeking a Structural/Building Design Technologist Co-op in our London office for an 8-month term (may consider 4-month term) starting September 2026. The successful candidate will assist both the structural engineering and building design departments with the design and drafting of residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The candidate will work with the structural engineers and building design team to produce designs and drawings for permit and construction, working independently and within the project group to facilitate design requirements through project completion. The candidate will also be encouraged to take on special project tasks to help promote efficiencies of current design procedures and will have the opportunity to attend occasional site visits.
