Legal Intern (Mexico) - Job Description Summary: As a Legal Intern at Morgan Stanley, you will gain invaluable exposure and get seasoned in the complex legal and regulatory environment of the financial industry. Working closely with the General Counsel, you will assist in a wide range of activities fostering your personal and professional skills. Main Responsibilities: As part of the in-house legal department, the Legal Intern key responsibilities include: Helping to provide legal coverage to all business units including cash equities, fixed income businesses, investment banking, capital markets as well as to the different infrastructure and support functions such as Human Resources, Credit and Risk Management, Corporate Services, Operations, IT, Finance and taxes, etc. Assisting to prepare and control documentation related to the Corporate Secretary, including meetings, materials and minutes of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and shareholders meetings, powers of attorney, etc....
