Position Overview
This position provides assessment, and health care planning for residents in the Therapeutic Community. Using the tools of the Therapeutic Community Model, the nurse supports the residents in their health care needs while promoting community as method. Develops, schedules, and facilitates group education on ways to prevent disease and improve health.
