Location: Yonge/Bloor, Toronto (Hybrid - 3 days WFH) Salary: $50K-$60K plus annual bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible start time, 37.5 hours per week Note: This is not a call centre position. Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator to add to their growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to current and prospective members and students, ensuring smooth course administration and effective communication across teams. Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to phone calls and email inquiries from members, students and prospective students
Provide accurate information regarding courses, registration, and updates
Liaise with instructors regarding course offerings and logistics
Process invoices and assist with billing inquiries
Support course implementation strategies and administrative processes
