Responsibilities
- Partner with the Leadership Team to support Husky’s Customer Success Management (CSM) strategy and guide the business in achieving growth and efficiency initiatives.
- Transform the finance side of CSM to ensure the aftermarket service business can best support customers.
- Strategic Business Partnering – become integral to the organization, driving value creation through identifying opportunities and risks, providing critical information, and supporting operating and strategic decisions.
- Work with Finance and non‑Finance team members to help them think about business and financial challenges, integrate variable drivers, and develop solutions that increase self‑reliance.
