Build, deliver & give follow up to training and development programs for In-Field personnel aligned with brands strategy focusing on product, sales knowledge, and sales skills in order to deliver on AbbVie’s business priorities.

Develop and maintain the virtual education program through the LMS platform, aligned with the modules created by the international training team, to keep the Mexico program aligned and updated for maintenance programs and launches.
