What will you do in this job?
- Act as the Location Manager in the absence of the Manager covering vacations and days off
- Prepare and verify daily cash reports; ensure accurate cash, debit, and credit card transactions
- Involved in placing and receiving food orders; coordinate food and beverage inventories
- Interact with customers and maintain the highest level of customer service
- Receive payment for all services provided; listen to and resolve any customer complaints
- Ensure the restaurant area is clean and organized at all times
- Serve tables and bartend as required
