JOB DESCRIPTION: The Academic Success Program (ASP) Student Assistant assists student learning and transitions by providing academic support to peers through academic peer coaching, referrals, resource development, and outreach. The ASP Student Assistant acts as a mentor by challenging, supporting, and guiding students toward academic success by identifying personal strengths and creating a plan of action to address their academic concerns.
