Role Description
**What's The Role**
The **B2B Account Manager** is responsible for managing, growing and retaining a portfolio of assigned **Large Enterprise and/or Government accounts** . This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships, satisfaction with solutions and the achievement of revenue targets through effective account planning and consultative selling of ICT Solutions. The **LE&G Account Manager** will work closely with internal teams to deliver customer solutions, identify growth opportunities and support the execution of the organization's commercial strategy. It involves Face-to-face and remote engagements and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations.
