Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the telecommunications sector. In this role, you will contribute to building and strengthening customer relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and preparing comprehensive reports for clients and headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen customer relationships, meeting their needs, and making presentations.
• Make offers complying with bidding requirements from clients.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for the company's growth.
• Communicate with the team about the situations of every client.
• Prepare progress reports for the clients and for headquarters.
• Conduct studies of the main clients and telecommunications area in Colombia.
