Account Manager Existing Clients (Medellín)

We are seeking an Account Manager focused exclusively on managing and servicing existing clients. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, handling inbound communication, and ensuring a high level of service across all accounts.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting policy‑related needs, resolving inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams, insurance carriers, and vendors. The goal is to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and accurate account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound communication from existing clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with health insurance inquiries including coverage explanations, premiums, enrollments, and cancellations
• Maintain and update client records daily in SugarCRM
• Accurately document all client interactions, requests, and actions taken
• Support policy servicing and client retention efforts
