Account Manager II responsible for delivering a superior customer experience while driving profitable business growth in line with the bank’s strategy. The role focuses on expanding and maximizing the value of existing commercial business customer relationships for both credit and non‑credit products and services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Lead all aspects of account management, credit and operational risk for an assigned portfolio.
- Conduct credit analysis and prepare credit applications with rigorous risk assessment.
- Monitor accounts to ensure they remain within guidelines and assigned limits, and renew credits timely.
