Account Officer

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

 Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with

local GAAP and/or IFRS.

 Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes.

 Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.

2. Regulatory Compliance

 Ensure compliance with local tax laws, corporate laws, and other

statutory requirements.

 Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory

authorities.

 Handle audits (statutory, internal, tax) and respond to queries from

government authorities.

3. Taxation

 Prepare and file corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and withholding tax

returns.

 Calculate tax provisions.

 Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.

4. Controlling & Analysis
