Account Specialist – Growth

Account Specialist, Growth at 1Password builds a safe, productive digital future. In this role you ensure success and satisfaction of high-volume transactional customers, articulate 1Password value, build strong relationships with inbound clients, and match our product with their needs.

We are based in Toronto and Austin, and expect you to work onsite full time (3-5 days per week). In‑person onboarding will be required in Toronto.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year in a sales, account management, customer success, or related role in a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline and meet sales metrics
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong presentation and communication skills
