Accounting Clerk

Barakat + Bossa, a U.S.-based law firm, is seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our Administrative Resource Center in Medellín.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Medellín . You will support our Accounting Department by handling core accounting tasks and collaborating closely with our U.S.-based team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable and receivable
• Enter and reconcile data in accounting systems (QuickBooks, Clio Manage, or similar)
• Assist with monthly invoicing and billing review
• Help with month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
