Over 8 years of experience, including 2+ years in management, is essential for advising on complex accounting issues and developing scalable internal controls. You will support budgeting, compliance, and mentorship of the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements
• Support implementation of new financial systems
• Drive cost accounting methodologies tailored to manufacturing
• Create detailed reporting for leadership decision-making
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA preferred
• 8+ years of accounting experience
