Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Financial oversight: Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Financial reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Budgeting and planning: Coordinate the annual budget process and assist with financial planning.
- Compliance and audit: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, coordinate external audits, and manage tax filings.
- Team leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and manage accounting staff.
- Process improvement: Develop and implement new accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Financial analysis: Provide financial analysis and reporting to support informed decision‑making by senior management.
