A well‑known large condominium property management company is looking for an Accounting Manager. Responsibilities
Supervise a team of property accountants: receivable, payable, GL Review financial statement packages. Approve GL and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review working papers for budgets and financial packages. Manage investment reserve and operating fund investment analysis. Manage banking, cash flow, and treasury analysis. Manage corporate properties contracts and budgets with Property Managers and the Board. Coordinate with auditors. Qualifications
