The Role We’re looking for a QuickBooks Online (QBO) Specialist to help us tighten our month‑end close, invoicing, AR/AP workflows, and ongoing QBO hygiene. You’ll partner with our VP of Finance to accelerate the close and keep our books investor‑ready. 
What You'll Do Month‑end close in QBO: bank/AMEX reconciliations, accruals/deferrals, vendor bill review, journal entries, variance checks. 
Invoicing support: ensure invoice detail accuracy; investigate discrepancies with contracts/pricing. 
AR/AP management: aging reviews, collections follow‑ups, vendor payments scheduling, vendor data...
