Accounting Operations - Quickbooks Specialist (Mexico - Remote)

The Role
We're looking for a QuickBooks Online (QBO) Specialist to help us tighten our month‐end close, invoicing, AR/AP workflows, and ongoing QBO hygiene.
You'll partner with our VP of Finance to accelerate the close and keep our books investor‐ready.
What You'll Do
Month‐end close in QBO: bank/AMEX reconciliations, accruals/deferrals, vendor bill review, journal entries, variance checks.
Invoicing support: ensure invoice detail accuracy; investigate discrepancies with contracts/pricing.
AR/AP management: aging reviews, collections follow‐ups, vendor payments scheduling, vendor data upkeep.
QBO hygiene & cleanup: chart‐of‐accounts consistency, class/location use, attachment policies, rules, and memos.
