Become the Accounting Services Officer at Jordans Principle Payment Centre located in North Battleford, SK. Your role will encompass financial reporting and transaction coordination to optimize accounting operations.
In this position, the Accounting Officer will support a wide array of accounting services integral to the expense management of the department. Key duties include processing various accounting transactions, preparing journal entries, and assisting with the distribution of cheques. You will collaborate closely with the Finance Supervisor and Payment Centre Manager to ensure all financial activities align with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in broad accounting service management
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports
• Process significant accounting transactions and reconcile accounts
• Prepare necessary journal entries for records
• Support cheque processing and distribution
