Purpose

Leads and oversees Subsidiary Accounting in Canada from Finance Services Unit ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. As part of the management team, the Accounting Supervisor handles his/her team in resolving conflicts, delegating and organizing tasks, as well as motivating and leading teams during project developments.
