Accounting Technician - Real Estate & Construction

The GD Lead Group brings together six companies specializing in the development, construction, management, and leasing of real estate projects across Quebec. The group also includes a daycare division with five facilities welcoming more than 400 children daily. Responsibilities

• Completing the complete accounting cycle: bank reconciliations, journal entries, DAS, taxes, payroll/HR
• Preparing monthly financial statements and monitoring ongoing projects
• Managing supplier invoices and payments
• Rigorous project cost monitoring: purchase orders, invoices, extras, actual cost vs. budget comparison
• Collaboration with project managers for optimal financial management of construction sites
• Updating management reports
• Preparation of year-end reports for auditors
