About the Role
You are an Accounts Payable Administrator at PME Inc., a division of EllisDon, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices within a high‑volume department.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize workflow in a high-volume department to ensure deadlines are met.
- Work proactively with your team to resolve issues with vendors and invoices and accurately process approved invoices for payment.
- Comply with, and assist in developing accounting controls to reduce errors.
- Verify and manage workflow from other area offices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two to three years of related experience.
- Understanding of construction accounting and strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with vendors and co‑workers in a fast‑paced environment.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic setting.
