Role Description

Become an Accounts Payable Administrator, ensuring accuracy in invoice processing and vendor communication. Collaborate across departments to enhance efficiencies and support the accounting team.

In this vital role, you’ll report to the Manager of Accounts Payable and work collaboratively with various properties. You will review and code corporate invoices, validate PO invoices, and process both holdback and out-of-scope invoices in SAP. Your insights on processes will contribute to continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and date stamp invoices daily
• Validate PO invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Peer review E-Procurement batches prior to posting
• Reconcile holdback payments promptly
• Code and process Utility invoices into SAP

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of accounts payable experience
