You will be part of the Regional Services team supporting U.S., Canadian, and Jamaican operations, collaborating on key Accounts Payable tasks:

• Following up on invoices held in receiving channels (OnBase, COUPA, email, Edicom).
• Financial analysis and resolution of policy exceptions.
• Responding to vendor and internal user inquiries regarding payments.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Participating in continuous improvement projects and Lean trainings.
• Collaborating with regional teams to maintain positive and efficient relationships.
