Accounts Payable Analyst

Provides financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring invoices are processed, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
The analyst is responsible for general audit of invoices recorded in the system, three-way match process and Accounts Payable aging tracking.
Registration of common tax codes, withholding processing are also part of the day to day job functions when needed.
Main interaction is with the Purchasing Department to resolve purchase order issues, other finance leaders and members of the Americas Finance Organization.
Other key interactions involve direct contact with Vendors and direct contact with the Treasury department within Vertiv Co.
