Join our financial team as an Accounts Payable Specialist in Vancouver, BC, with a hybrid work model. Your focus will be on vendor invoice processing and ensuring regulatory compliance.
This full-time position requires you to support the Accounting Manager by efficiently managing payables, month-end activities, and vendor relationships. Ideal candidates should possess strong attention to detail and the ability to improve existing AP processes while fostering collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter vendor invoices and credit notes accurately
• Operate 2-way matching with procurement teams
• Prepare EFT and wire payment runs efficiently
• Maintain vendor master data and documentation
• Assist with sales/use tax compliance requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
