We’re partnering with a growing commercial real estate company seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain further exposure within commercial property accounting in a cooperative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and code a high volume of invoices
• Work closely with Property Managers and Accountants to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close and AP reconciliations
• Maintain vendor accounts and payment schedules
• Support ad hoc accounting projects and process improvements

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Commercial real estate or property management experience is an asset
