Accounts Payables Analyst

Herbalife is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Accounts Payable Analyst in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

• Record, validate, and process invoices from assigned countries to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Make payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Review and validate purchase orders and receipts, comparing them with supplier invoices.
• Authorize services and products in line with company guidelines.
• Transfer entries from the Accounts Payable module to the General Ledger for analysis.
• Manage and control supplier payments, including reconciliation of accounts payable.
• Maintain documentation control and ensure all pre‑requisites for invoice approval are met.
• Book invoices and customs documentation related to import processes.
