Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable & CollectionsReview and analyze tenant accounts and initiate collection efforts to ensure rent and related charges are paid on time. Communicate with tenants, accountants, and property management teams to resolve discrepancies and collect outstanding balances.
Billing & Sales Overage
