Accounts Receivable Analyst

Join our Global Business Services (GBS) Invoice to Cash (ITC) team as an Accounts Receivable Analyst - Deductions , where you’ll play a key role strengthening data integrity, process excellence, and deduction governance for the North America region. Based in Querétaro, this role is part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on elevating controls, accuracy, and standardization across the end – to – end ITC process.

In this position, you’ll engage with global and regional leaders, internal audit, IT, Sales Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross‑functional partners to solve complex deductions challenges, influence process improvements, and enhance the overall ITC customer experience. You’ll also gain exposure to enterprise systems, analytics tools, and strategic transformation initiatives that shape how our business manages customer payments and financial accuracy.
