Accounts Receivable & Collections Team Lead (QuickBooks Expert)

Remote | PST Overlap Preferred | LATAM based candidates ONLY We are looking for a hands-on AR/Collections leader with strong operational experience managing teams and working directly inside QuickBooks. This is not a strategic-only management role. We need someone who has supervised AR or Collections Specialists while remaining deeply involved in the day-to-day operation, follow-ups, escalations, aging reports, and team accountability. Must-Haves 5 years in Accounts Receivable / Collections as a Manager or team lead Most recent experience in AR or Collections teams Advanced hands-on QuickBooks experience (mandatory) Strong collections and aging management experience Advanced English proficiency A live QuickBooks assessment will be part of the interview process.
