ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OR CASH POSTING REPRESENTATIVE
The Cash Posting Representative is responsible for accurately posting payments, credits, an adjustments to customer accounts in a service-based environment.
This role focuses on ensuring that payments from clients, customers, and partners are properly recorded, reconciled, and accounted for, ensuring the company's financial records are up to date.
The representative will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
- Payment Posting: Accurately post payments received from customers, clients, or partners into the company's accounting system, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
