Join Baubap as Acquisition & Growth Manager and drive the hands-on execution and optimization of user acquisition, scaling profitable users end-to-end, from first touchpoint to first loan disbursement while maintaining strong unit economics.You will lead paid acquisition strategy and execution, directly managing channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok and other performance platforms, while overseeing and coaching a Paid Media Specialist responsible for day-to-day campaign operations.This is a player-coach role, combining hands-on campaign management with team leadership.
