Activity and Operations Manager (M/F)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage activity budgets and present monthly results to management
• Provide technical management of teams; validate preliminary designs and technical choices, provide continuous technical expertise and support to project managers, design and calculation teams
• Participate in tender responses
• Ensure workload planning matches available resources and define quantitative and qualitative needs
• Ensure follow‑up of missions for seconded teams
• Enforce company and client rules and standards
• Manage teams for economic profitability; implement suitable methods and organization, monitor and control tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• Participate in recruitment, training plan development, annual evaluations, leave management, career development and health & safety
