Addiction & Mental Health Worker, Housing - Exeter Direct Service - (OPSEU) Full-Time, Contract (Ending: Approximately 18 months) Exeter, Ontario (South Huron Zone) This posting is the result of an upcoming vacancy - Application Deadline: June 15, 2026 - The Addiction and Mental Health Worker will perform duties and responsibilities consistent with providing a psychosocial environment to assist with the rehabilitation and community integration of clients.

The AMHW will support clients who experience persistent and chronic homelessness with a focus on supporting them to achieve housing stability.

Successful candidates must have a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) completed in the last six months.
