Admin Communication Coordinator

Saskatoon Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) develops, manages, and administers a range of affordable housing and homelessness initiatives in Saskatoon. SHIP administers Reaching Home: Homelessness Strategy, contributes to the Saskatoon Homelessness Action Plan (SHAP), and collaborates with community organizations to strengthen the local homelessness response system.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and serve as a key point of contact for the public, partner agencies, and stakeholders.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings; draft correspondence and support Reaching Home program administration.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Oversee communication strategies, including website updates, social media content, print materials, newsletters, and public engagement initiatives.
• Plan and support events, workshops, and SHIP's annual conference.
