Key Responsibilities
Our innovative Global Support Team is a group of like-minded professionals, tasked with supporting the business with all manner of administration. As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and arranging conferencing facilities as required, preparing documentation and typing of correspondence, ensuring that active files are kept up to date (including filing of emails and correspondence, photocopying and scanning) and closing matters when concluded.Additional duties include:
File opening and follow up
Updating of system records with client, office and matter information
Orders and filings on the Luxembourg Business Register
Partake in process creation and improvements
Managing client interactions
