Responsibilities

  • Create, document and maintain customer files
  • Send policies, endorsements and amendments
  • Accurately process invoices, letters, PDF creation, financing contracts, endorsements and other documents as required
  • Issue certificates
  • Send correspondence as required
  • Follow established procedures related to all administrative tasks
