Responsibilities
- Create, document and maintain customer files
- Send policies, endorsements and amendments
- Accurately process invoices, letters, PDF creation, financing contracts, endorsements and other documents as required
- Issue certificates
- Send correspondence as required
- Follow established procedures related to all administrative tasks
- Coordinate broker license renewals or obtainments for the team
