Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Order and manage inventory of office supply materials, create vouchers for donations, and complete submissions to events and festivals.
- Guest Experience Execution (tours, tastings, events) – 75% of duties include purchase order creation, JD Edwards invoice reconciliation, supplier management, and generation of purchasing reports.
- Support Estate Managers and Senior Manager with general inquiries, calendar management, and room bookings – 5% of duties.
Qualifications
- High‑School Diploma.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
- Able to quickly learn new software.
- Prior administrative experience is a benefit, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Any Microsoft training courses are a benefit.
