Overview
AtStake Perú is growing fast and looking for an Administrative Assistant to keep our back‑office engine running smoothly while supporting Finance, Admin, and Marketing directions. The role will be based in our Lima office.
What you will do
- Manage the administrative back‑office, ensuring smooth operation of departments.
- Process and verify invoices.
- Support and respond to JIRA tickets as required.
- Assist with month‑end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Track expenses and liaise with service providers and vendors.
- Oversee office pantry management service.
- Support design requests for advertising materials, monitor design process to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and contact potential affiliates; assist in planning and execution of campaigns and events.
