Role Description
Reports to: The Corporate Administrator in the Corporate Secretary Department
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and preparation of Board of Directors, Executive Committee meetings, AGM and conference telephone calls.
- Periodically work at the reception.
- Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for Board members and staff.
- Assist with managing the agenda of the Board of Directors (meetings travel, etc.)
- Management of mail, web/telephone and email-based enquiries, determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly, responding to general information requests with accurate information and relaying information and correspondences as appropriate.
- Assist with the coordination of translation requests.
- Assist with preparing purchase orders.
- Assist with the verification of Student Grant Fund applications.
