Role Description

About the Role

  • Provide business support to the Chairman to ensure timely and quality follow-up with clients

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle daily internal and external correspondence and communications with staff and clients;
  • Prepare regular reports and updates to the Chairman;
  • Liaise with the Asian colleagues to provide information and ensure clients' requests are resolved efficiently;
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in Account Servicing / Secretarial fields
  • Organized and efficient with excellent communication skills
  • Team Player with good service attitude
  • Familiar with preparing Canva and PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English with good knowledge of Mandarin
  • Available Immediately
