Role Description
Become an Administrative Coordinator for the JP Program, specializing in event management and travel logistics. This role is integral to ensuring program activities are executed seamlessly and effectively.
In this position, you will provide essential support to the CFS Program Coordinator, closely collaborating with the JP Team Lead. Your responsibilities will include organizing events, managing travel to various First Nations communities, and ensuring all logistical details are meticulously planned. Regular travel to Thunder Bay and Winnipeg is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver daily administrative support and manage office tasks
• Oversee event coordination and travel logistics for participants
• Maintain detailed records of event-related expenses
• Prepare necessary documents and reports for events
• Help manage event schedules, budgets, and community engagement

• Experience with office coordination and event planning
