Location: Toluca de Lerdo Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Tiberina Mexico is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Treasury Coordinator to join our finance team.This role is central to maintaining the financial health of our operations, ensuring that all treasury activities, payment cycles, and basic accounting entries are managed with precision and compliance.You will be the point of reference for cash flow monitoring and the bridge between our operational needs and financial stability.Key Responsibilities • Treasury & Cash Management: o Monitor daily bank balances and manage cash flow movements.o Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.o Maintain relationships with banking institutions for administrative queries.
• Payments & Accounts Payable: o Execute and schedule national and international payments to suppliers.o Ensure all payments are backed by appropriate documentation (CFDI, purchase orders, and internal approvals).
