7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of data, platforms, and analytics.
Ability to gather the right information, see patterns across teams, and drive consistent standards.
Comfort working in a matrix organization with many partners, including senior lead‐ers.
Clear communication skills — able to explain complex topics in simple, actionable terms.
