As a part‑time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide an amazing shopping experience to every guest, showcasing our products and values.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find exactly what they need with a friends first mindset.
- You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educating guests on product details and making suitable suggestions.
- You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
- You adapt to various zones such as the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
- You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
- You collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
- You maintain integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
